Insights

Desk briefings for private clients

Process and governance notes from the private client desk — not market tips or guaranteed returns.

Governance

Why dual approval matters on every credit

Maker–checker is not theatre. Credits reach the investor ledger only after two desk controls clear — so Activity never invents a tick stream.

FAQ

Questions families ask before introduction

Is Kodiac Capital a trading or brokerage platform?

No. It is a private wealth ledger mandate — principal, assigned credits, and controlled withdrawals. There is no self-directed trading book, lots, or live FX desk product.

What is the minimum mandate?

New mandates are intended from ₹25 crore, subject to desk acceptance and suitability. Introductions are RM-led and by invitation.

How do credits appear in the app?

Your RM confirms an assigned monthly rate. Credits post only after maker–checker approval, then show in Activity and Performance — never as a live tick stream.

How do withdrawals work?

Per your signed schedule: KYC approved, verified payout bank, OTP, and desk approval. The book moves when the ledger posts the release.

Are planners and calculators guarantees?

No. Roadmap, wealth scenarios, and returns calculators are illustrative. The posted ledger is authoritative.

How do I request access?

Use Private access to open a confidential email to the desk, or ask your introducer to arrange an RM conversation. We respond only where there is a genuine fit.
